3.0 Release Notes
I'm thrilled to unveil Lift Club 3.0. After three years of dedicated progress, we've covered a significant distance. This update not only introduces a revitalized appearance to Lift Club but also enhances its performance, minimizing any friction between you and the app. The focus of this release is to deliver a more professional and finely-tuned look and feel, along with optimizations to enhance tracking performance. Let's dive in and explore the changes.
What's New:
Workouts:
- Every workout now features a dropdown to display the exercises it entails.
- Transform any workout into templates or copy it to your clipboard.
- Editable templates for quick initiation of pre-built workouts.
- Bookmark and share templates between users.
- Copied workouts can be swiftly shared and pasted into your log from the Quick View of the Log page.
Advanced Analytics:
- The profile page now showcases new stats: current streak, longest streak, workouts in the current month, best month, most active day, and the number of perfect weeks (Sun - Sat).
- Your exercise history provides a distribution of your times and weights.
Improved UI/UX:
- Experience a smoother and sleeker user experience throughout the app.
- Improved dark/light mode colors.
- Highly optimized exercise list drawer with improved UI for much faster searching, sorting, and grouping.
Performance Enhancements:
- The Log page now loads significantly faster with offloaded views for workout categories.
- Profile pages show a subset of your history, with more available as you scroll down.
